Blackberry Curve 8900 Coming Soon!

Good night readers! We have some exciting news for you this saturday! We are sure you have heard or seen the new Blackberry Curve 8900 that T-mobile is rumored to be launching!! Well for all you T-mobile lovers like us, word is that it has a tentative release date of February 18th 2009 (not sure if this is accurate though) which is a few short weeks away!!

Let's stop the blabbing and get to the juicy stuff. The Blackberry Curve 8900, is a follow up to the popular blackberry pearl that T-mobile boasted last year. The 8900 is extremely sleek, and looks very much like the blackberry bold. However, we also noticed a lot of ergonomic similarities to the Blackberry Storm released on the verizon network a few months ago! If you look closely at the image, and envision taking away the keyboard and replacing it with just a screen, viola! You got the Storm.

The BB Curve 8900 is an obvious upgrade from its older model, it comes equipped with Wifi as well as a 3.2 mega pixel camera among more features that you would have to physically see to appreciate. We are certainly happy about this phone and would recommend it for all the tech savvy email lovers out there. 5 thumbs up from us. We will certainly do a follow up review once the Blackberry Curve 8900 is released.

That's it for now. Another WebNR exclusive! WebNR over and out!

NSA Secures Pda??

Hello lads, Happy New Year to all!! This is the first time I we are reviewing for 2009 so it had to be a spicy one!! We got wind that the NSA has secured cellphones specifically for use with transmission of top secret information. Take a look at the image to see what we mean. Word has it that Obama, is the first to use email as frequently on his blackberry. So NSA has hack proofed his blackberry to the point where he can send top secret information without worry. Or so they say!! We can bet how many hackers will be happy to practice breaking and entering with this. In our opinion, NOT a good Idea!!!! But, this review gets 5 thumbs from us for the audacity of the NSA to attempt such a thing. This featured PDA (worth about $3800 US) is said to be cousin to the Palm Treo 750 as you can obviously tell by the physical appearance. In our opinion, this is not the best idea for a president to exchange secret files via a Blackberry. But hey he is the President!
